Fcron is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.
The releases marked as stable should be free from major bugs,
while the ones marked as dev (ie. development) may contain more bugs, as they are
development releases.
For more details about changes between each release, take a look at
the file CHANGES.
You should also take a look at the
requirements to compile and run fcron.
You can get my public key to check the files using the sign file,
either at fcron's web site, or at
keyserver.net or at
http://pgp.zdv.uni-mainz.de/keyserver/.
Warning : the signature provided with a rpm only guarantee that the
corresponding file is the one I have put on my web site (it has not been
replaced by another one), but I can't guarantee that it is all right, as I
didn't make it.
